Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Virunga NP
Early morning, set out for an unforgettable gorilla trek from Bukima. Equipped with essentials and guided by rangers and porters, the 2 to 6-hour trek unveils the majesty of mountain gorillas in their habitat. Spend an enriching hour observing these creatures and learning about their lives. Return to your lodge with a heart full of wonder.
Day 3: Second Gorilla Trekking Experience
Embrace another early morning for a second gorilla trekking adventure. This time, encounter a different gorilla family, deepening your understanding of these remarkable beings. Your packed lunch and porter’s assistance enhance your experience, ensuring comfort throughout the trek.
Day 4: Return to Rwanda
After breakfast, journey back to Goma and cross the border into Rwanda. Depending on your preference, unwind in Gisenyi or continue to Kigali. Rest at your hotel or conclude your trip at Kigali International Airport for your onward journey. This journey unveils the astounding world of gorillas in Virunga National Park.
